Getting started
How do I create an account?
Click the Sign up button in the top right corner, enter your email and a password, choose your target language and native language, and you're in.
Do I need a credit card?
No. The core learning experience is free. You only need a payment method when you choose to upgrade to Premium in the future.
Can I change my target language later?
Yes. Go to Settings → Target Language at any time. All your progress stays tied to the language you were practicing.
Learning
How long should I study each day?
We recommend 10 minutes a day. Spaced repetition works best with consistent, short sessions — not cramming.
Why are explanations in my native language?
Research shows learning is faster when explanations come from your strongest language. The actual words you study are always in the target language.
Will my streak reset if I skip a day?
Yes, the streak resets if you skip a full day. The grace window is 36 hours to cover time zone differences.
Account & Privacy
Where is my data stored?
Your learning data is stored on Supabase (Postgres) in a region near you. We do not sell any user data.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Danger Zone, and click Delete Account. All your data is removed within 7 days.
